ISO: jeans for DH

Aurg, DH has worn through 4 pairs of designer jeans since January (2 pairs of 7's and 2 pairs of COH.)

He has bigger thighs and the jeans always wear down right where his thighs rub together. No amount of weight loss is fixing this thigh rubbing issue, so I'm now in search of a heavier denim.

I got him a pair of Diesel jeans over the summer and those seem to be doing ok, but I really think that 7's and COH are too light weight.

Does anyone know of a heavier weight denim for men that comes in a boot or relaxed cut?

TIA?

Hmmm. I feel like TR is pretty thick compared to most brands - at least the Billy bootcut style for guys. DH has a couple of pairs of those, and although he doesn't have the rubbing issue, he wears his All. The. Time. He's a one wash, one wear kind of guy, even when it comes to jeans, and considering I've washed them a thousand times already, they still feel substantial. But, I'm assuming he's already tried TR?

He refuses to wear TR jeans, but something of that weight would be prefect.

Have you tried ACME?

Hus has a pair and they are not over the top as far as designer looks are concerned.
